Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before shipping notification. Once a shipping label has been created, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Dissatisfactory items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

All purchases are final due to the handmade nature of our products.
